As Regional Director of Operations, James Hazzard oversees the maintenance of brand standards and upkeep of assets that are master leased to third party tenants. Over the course of his 15-year career, James has worked in 4-star restaurants, luxury cruise liners, and 5-star hotels, working his way up from a dishwasher at a local restaurant age 14 to the General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton in Miami. James’ experience allows him to quickly adapt to the always evolving hospitality industry and he enjoys working with hospitality partners to create successful properties. He has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality from Florida Gulf Coast University.
