Throughout his career, Oscar has progressed through key leadership roles including Director of Rooms, General Manager, and Area General Manager, bringing a well-rounded operational perspective to his current role. He has experience working with leading hospitality brands such as Best Western, Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott, and is currently being fast tracked as Governor with Best Western. Oscar holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in Finance.
